At MGT Design we now have a team of web developers and SEO specialists to help boost your online presence. The combination of our experience means we can build a website to the latest web and search engine guidelines and do the backend work to put your website on to the top of search engines for your chosen keywords.
All of the work designed by MGT design will be a bespoke design by Michael Thomas in the UK. This means you will get a personal account when your website is being developed so you will not be dealing with more than one person. We like to make it as easy as possible to build a new website for you. To start with we design a website to suit the look and feel of your website, if you are a new start up company then we also offer logo design. Once you are happy with your design we will start to code the website. We will then send you mock ups of internal pages and most clients will let us carry on with the rest of the website with minimum changes at the end.
Once the client is happy the website will be ready to go live and submitted to all major search engines to help kick start your online business front.
Website Development
90% of our web developments contain a content management system (CMS), we use the wordpress platform which we bespoke for clients needs to build websites with a CMS to allow the admin user to edit parts of their web design and add content, new pages, latest news and blogs. We can also integrate ecommerce into our wordpress CMS systems or for more complicated websites we will use the Magento platform. To develop these websites we use PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL as well as having an understanding of how WordPress and Magento platforms can be fully integrated in to a working website. The benefits of using open source CMS platforms is they are ‘open source’ meaning we do not own the rights to your website and other web developers will have an understanding of how the website works if you choose to host your website elsewhere.
