iPhone8-iPhone8Plus

The Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus will be released on Friday 22nd September 2017. At the beginning of the year we knew what to expect from the iPhone 8 such as the wireless charging but there is much more to the iPhone 8 than the previous iPhone 7. The iPhone 8 has come much sooner than expected as we were waiting for an iPhone 7s before the iPhone 8, however there was the release of the Red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus back in March 2017.

All Glass Design & Classic Colours

The iPhone 8 shows similarities to the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s with an all glass design both front and back. This time the glass is much stronger than before and much more durable. The iPhone 8 is also water and dust resistant giving the iPhone even more protection from damage.

Classic colours have been used; Space Grey, Silver and Gold. Popular colours that have been used over the past few iPhone generations. Rose Gold was a popular colour that has been introduced but it seems that this has now been temporarily discontinued for the time being as an iPhone colour.

Wireless Charging

iPhone8-Wireless

Introducing us to a wireless world there is no charging cable required for the iPhone 8. The glass back of the iPhone 8 means that you can charge your iPhone on a wireless charging mat making charging even easier. So long as you keep your iPhone on the charging mat whilst you are not using it then you will never have a low battery again.

You will start seeing wireless charging stations and mats in airports, cafés and hotels all around the world so if your battery is ever running low then you can just pop it down on a charging mat.

Improved Screen & Even Better Camera

iPhone-8-Display

You see the impressive Apple adverts with a photo saying ‘Shot on an iPhone’. Now watch out for even better photography from the iPhone 8. The iPhone 8 features an advanced 12MP camera giving better quality photos with deeper pixels and sharper colours.

The Retina HD screen display is perfect for viewing your photos and videos along with watching films on the iPhone 8. True Tone helps adjust the white balance automatically matching the light that is around you providing you with a better viewing experience.

iOS 11 & A11 Bionic Chip

With the combination of iOS 11 and the the A11 Bionic Chip used in the iPhone 8, Apple are providing one of the most advanced smart phones yet. Providing a better experience for the user from simple tasks to playing games the iPhone 8 gives users more futuristic interaction. With iMessage iOS will automatically have the message to reply with before you have even read the message.

There may be more than the usual queuing outside Apple shops this Friday waiting to get there hands on not just the latest iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus but also the latest advanced technology or some way wait for the even more revolutionised iPhone X which is being released on the 3rd November 2017.
