Safe & Secure Security (SAS Security) is a Northampton-based provider of professional security services, offering mobile patrols, event security, CCTV monitoring, key holding, and a range of tailored security solutions for both residential and commercial clients. They approached us with the goal of creating a digital presence that would reflect the professionalism and reliability of their services while also providing their team with the tools to manage operations more efficiently.
With a growing client base and increasingly complex field operations, SAS Security needed a solution that could support scheduling, job management, and real-time communication between supervisors and staff, ensuring every job was executed smoothly and securely.

The Project
We delivered a modern, responsive website that clearly showcases SAS Security’s full range of services, builds trust with potential clients, and makes it easy for visitors to get in touch.
The new website provides a polished and professional online presence, improving how SAS Security presents its services to potential clients. The bespoke app and backend have transformed internal operations: jobs are easier to assign, track, and log, communications are more efficient, and management has better visibility over their teams. Together, these tools have streamlined workflows, reduced errors, and positioned SAS Security for growth.
The App
Alongside the website, we developed a bespoke mobile app for the security team to find and book jobs efficiently. To support the app, we also built a dedicated web-based backend, which allows supervisors to manage job assignments, monitor activity, and generate reports in real time. This backend is completely separate from the public website, giving the operations team the tools they need to run the business smoothly without compromising client-facing functionality.
The app itself features intuitive scheduling, real-time status updates, notifications, and logging capabilities, ensuring staff can manage their work efficiently while supervisors have full oversight of operations.
